So, I recently weighed in at 174lbs, a bit over weight for someone my height. Hard to believe that just two years ago I was weighing 139lbs. Well, this can be fixed and that’s my goal to bring the weight down by 20lbs pretty quickly. How am I going to do that? Increase the amount of times that I do cardio a week as well as change my dietary habits back to what they should have been. This ordering in thing is obviously not healthy for me. I’m going to post tags called fitness to keep track of the weight loss and progress each week, so if you’re interested, look it up and see where we go from here.
Things I’m using or doing to help:
- Running 3-4 times a week.
- Bicycling 2 times a week.
- Visit the gym for strength training 2 times a week.
- Switching vitamins from Centrum to GNC Mega Man Sport.
- Started taking some OxyElite Pro (I’ve heard good things from guys at work).
So far, things seem to be going okay. I do feel a little better after the first week but let’s see how it continues to progress.
