Well, I may not have completed all of my goals for the weekly routine this week, I can reside to know that this was only the first week and the goal was made after the week was nearly over. I managed to run four days this week, accomplishing a total mileage of 7.5 miles for the week. Not bad for ramping up from what I had been doing. Also managed to get the cycling in for one day at a near five miles for that one.
The pay off for the week? Well, after the vitamin switch and OxyElite in combination with the extra running and cycling, pain on the lower back has substantially decreased during my run. Haven’t managed to weigh myself. I wouldn’t expect a major loss within the first week anyway. Now to enjoy a couple of days of recovery.
