Sometimes, after a long day at work, we find ourselves wanting to relax but still take the opportunity to enjoy the scenes in New Eden. Today, I’m out mining at an asteroid belt in a High Security system near the new corporation’s home station. Best thing to do is sit back in the cockpit, feet propped up and stare out in space. Plenty of rocks to make ISK with. I often find it gives me something to do while I’m working on a few other things. Have to keep my head on swivel though. You never know when others are out there to do harm.
When traveling through New Eden, I often hear other capsuleers say that there are far better activities than mining to earn a living and they are right. Often they also forget where the materials for the ships they like to blow come come from, though. They often fail to see the beauty in the coordination necessary to form larger mining fleets that swarm around asteroid belts or freshly blown up moons. There is also the camaraderie among the mining team that helps to pass the time by in order to bring these materials to market.
