Almost two years ago, I downloaded a game I had not played in almost ten years. Eve Online. Things seemed familiar and yet different from the last time I opened up my client and hopped in to space. The corporation I was in, long since empty and old friends moved on to other activities. I hoped out in to my trusty ship and accomplished the tutorials again even though the whole event seemed like a trip down memory lane.

The echoes of the past seemed lonely and not at all desirable if I was to resume exploring New Eden. With the past in mind, I immediately took to the task of joining a new crew. Almost immediately, I was approached y Governor Lee of Absolute Order (AO). I figured what the heck. This new corporation seemed so far away though! This was a move I had not experienced before, picking up my favorite ship and heading over 50 jumps from where I called home. Thankfully, my assets were much smaller then. Adventures through the various crews in Absolute Order took me all over New Eden, resettling in LoneTrek, back to Genesis, and then Derelik. Always things to learn. Today, though, is an especially different day, a different adventure.

I’m leaving Absolute Order and joining another crew that I’ve grown to know over the last year and a half. With that means a new adventure and a new crew to explore with.
